Adam is a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a healthcare degree from the Open University, supported by an NVQ Level 4 RMA and a teaching qualification. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions, including Ward Manager, Home Manager, and Regional Manager, working across Scotland, England, and Ireland. Adam’s diverse experience spans operational management, staff development, and the delivery of high-quality resident care in both clinical and residential settings. His extensive background enables him to provide strong leadership while ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.What We Offer

As Brooke House is a specialist dementia residential / nursing care service, particular attention is paid to create a friendly environment using the University of Sterling’s model.
Consisting of 50 beds, each room has its own en-suite bathroom, fitted furniture, LCD television, interactive alarm system and mechanised bed. Assisted bath / shower rooms help aid the residents’ quality of life.
Internet access is available throughout as well as multi lift facilities. Lounges and dining areas are extremely spacious and dementia friendly, with breakout areas as well as private quiet rooms for residents and families.
