A Joyful Easter Across Prestwick Care!

Easter brought a real sense of spring, joy, and togetherness across our Prestwick Care homes this year, with residents and staff getting involved in a range of creative and uplifting activities.

From hands-on crafts to special animal visits and a bit of friendly competition, each home marked the occasion in its own unique way.

Bede House: Spring Wreath Making

At Bede House, residents and staff welcomed the season by creating beautiful paper spring wreaths. Using colourful paper, cut-out flowers, and decorative designs, everyone had the chance to get creative and design something personal.

The activity wasn’t just about crafting…it was a lovely opportunity to relax, chat, and enjoy each other’s company. The finished wreaths added a bright, seasonal touch around the home, bringing a real sense of spring indoors.

Bay View House: Easter Crafting

Over at Bay View House, Easter celebrations were filled with creativity!

Residents enjoyed a variety of Easter crafts, including decorating eggs with vibrant colours and patterns. The activity sparked plenty of creativity and conversation, with each design reflecting individual styles and personalities.

Covent House: Easter Games & Special Visitors

At Covent House, Easter was all about getting involved and having fun together.

Residents took part in an Easter egg hunt, searching high and low for hidden treats, followed by a classic egg and spoon race that brought out plenty of laughter and a bit of friendly competition.

A real highlight of the day was a visit from lambs, which brought smiles to everyone involved. Residents loved the chance to see and interact with the animals up close. A simple but memorable experience that truly captured the spirit of the season.
