Shristi Dahal
Home Manager
Shristi is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over a decade of diverse clinical experience. She began her career in Nepal in 2011, working in Medical, Surgical, and Intensive Care Units, gaining expertise in tracheostomy care and ventilator management. She also served as an instructor, teaching nursing students both practically and theoretically. In 2019, Shristi relocated to the UK, received her NMC PIN, and joined the Malhotra Group. She provides person-centred care, focusing on care planning, medication administration, health monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families. Shristi has also served as Deputy Manager at Abbey Court, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance and quality standards. She is passionate about delivering empathetic care and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.What We Offer

Abbey Court is a modern, spacious care home with 44 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, fitted furniture, interactive alarm system and mechanised bed. Assisted bath / shower rooms help aid the residents’ quality of life.
As a specialist dementia residential / nursing care service, we pay particular attention to creating a friendly environment and supporting the residents’ desire for independence with clear orientation signage and hand rails.
Internet access is available throughout as well as multi lift facilities. Lounges and dining areas are extremely spacious and dementia friendly, with breakout areas as well as private quiet rooms for residents and families.
