To oversee/maintain the care of Resident’s within the Care Home. Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Care Home in the absence of the Home Manager and ensure that all Company policies and procedures, and all legal requirements, are adhered to within the defined timescales.

We are looking for an individual with:

• NVQ level 3 or 4 in health and social care
• Recognised qualification in the administering of resident medication
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Team player
• Satisfactory DBS Check, employment references and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
• 18 months to 2 years’ experience in the role of Deputy Manager.

Ideally someone who can:

• Assist the Home Manager to manage, monitor and maintain budgets agreed by the Home Manager.
• Be willing to undertake relevant management development course recognised by the Company from time to time.
• Complete relevant management development course recognised by the Company from time to time.
• NVQ level 5 qualification or working towards.
